Most people start the year by making "new year’s resolutions" which amount to little more than wishful thinking unless concrete steps are taken to make this wish list a reality. So, instead of resolutions, let’s make a list of health objectives for 2004 and then let’s chunk these objectives down into bite size goals that can be tracked so that you will KNOW whether or not you are on target to accomplish what you set out to accomplish this year. |

The Bottom LineSo, the bottom line to start the year, is to make sure you take care of number 1 and that’s YOU. Feel good about yourself…do what you can to improve your life and your lifestyle this year and your spouse will benefit along with you. As your relationship grows, the kids will benefit. As your children benefit, their relationships with others will grow and so it happens but it all starts with YOU. Be the best you can be this year!!! |
